Ladybug Farm was founded in 2016 with our family’s dream to connect to the land through stewardship and sustainability, living a life that is good for us while also engaging and supporting the community around us.

Ladybug Farm hosts a community-focused, Waldorf based ‘Nature Immersion’ school. We believe that childhood is a time to be cherished and preserved. Our mission is to cultivate curiosity, community, and nature connection. Our programs focus on foundational academic skills, social-emotional skills, and whole-child development for multiple age groups. Following our unique farm and forest curriculum, children are enveloped in all things natural and empowered to grow.

We are a family run, diversified, biodynamic homestead and agritourism based farm.

Our vision is to not only educate children, but to empower and grow our community. Our programs admit families as a whole, with many community offerings and events designed to connect and engage those of a common thread.

In addition to our childhood programs, we believe that as adults our intrinsic curiosity should be cherished and stoked. Through programs such as ‘Tea Time in the Greenhouse’, we encourage adults to follow their dreams and homesteading ambitions through learning in our supportive and interactive community.

We are a farm school.

We are a forest school.

We are a folk school.

We are a family.

We are a community.

We are a support system.
